Payment and Financial Guidelines

Any payment arrangement made must give due respect to the patient and the office team. If an arrangement does not work for you, then it does not work for us either. These are some ofthe guidelines that can be tailored to suit individual needs:

Payment can be stretched over the time it takes to complete the treatment.

• Master Card, Visa, Discover and Care Credit cards are accepted.
• We have financing available through a third party. Please click here for more information
  
• In certain cases, we will accept assignment of insurance benefits.

However, if your insurance company does not make payment within 30 days, the unpaid portion of your bill must be paid within 15 days (after the initial 30 days has elapsed). Any insurance payments received after your payment will be signed over to you or credited to your account.
